Abstract

The supply chain in any business is made up of all the operations required to fulfill orders from customers. This includes the transfer of goods in both ways as well as information, assets, and goods from suppliers to manufacturers to distributors. L'Oréal, a market leader in the cosmetic industry, has gained a competitive advantage by efficiently managing its global supply chain. Integrating digital technologies makes simpler to come up with innovative approaches to challenges facing society. One such example is the use of data analytics to recognize social needs, produce sustainable goods, and improve community well-being. Sustainable practices, supplier collaboration, and customer-centric strategies ensure product quality and safety while meeting environmental and social considerations will improve customer satisfaction. L'Oréal also embraces technology and innovation, collaborating with startups and technology partners to continuously improve its supply chain processes. By addressing cybersecurity risks and skilled workforce, L'Oréal anticipates future trends and disruptions in supply chain management, positioning itself for sustained international success. The purpose of this paper are: (1). To understand how L’Oréal manage to deal with itsglobalization and digital expansion. (2). To know how L’Oréal implements the distribution network and applications toonline sales. (3). To understand ways to improve the supply chain coordination of L’Oréal. (4). The understand thetransformation process of L’Oréal’s supply chain system. (5). To analyze L’Oréal’s supply chain strategy by integratingtechnology and data-driven practices.
