Abstract

Research to understand the impact of green Logistics practices on the sustainable efficiency of businesses, focusing on small and medium-sized Logistics enterprises in Hanoi. Research results show that the sustainable efficiency of Logistics enterprises is influenced by 4 important factors in green Logistics practices: reverse Logistics practices, carbon emission management, green fuel usage practices and green transportation practices. From there, the authors propose some management implications to help Logistics service providers improve green Logistics practices and towards sustainability.
