International Journal of Research (IJR) with ISSN 2348-6848
The International Journal of Research (IJR) is committed to promoting inclusive and accessible scholarly publishing. To support researchers who may face financial constraints, the journal provides Article Processing Charge (APC) waivers or discounts in eligible cases.
Authors may request a full or partial waiver of the APC under the following circumstances:
Authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries, according to international economic classifications such as the World Bank country income groups.
Authors who can demonstrate financial hardship or lack of institutional funding for publication fees.
Authors participating in approved academic partnerships or membership programs, including Track2Training membership benefits, where applicable.
The journal may offer the following types of support:
Full APC Waiver
The entire publication fee may be waived for authors who are unable to pay the APC due to financial limitations.
Partial Discount
A reduced APC may be offered depending on the author's circumstances or institutional support.
Authors who wish to request a fee waiver should:
Submit a request to the journal editorial office at
ijr@ijrjournal.com
Briefly explain the reason for the waiver request.
Waiver requests are evaluated confidentially and on a case-by-case basis by the editorial team.
Fee waiver requests do not influence editorial decisions.
Manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit and quality through the journal’s peer review process.
APC payments are requested only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
The International Journal of Research (IJR) aims to reduce financial barriers in scholarly publishing and encourage participation from researchers worldwide, particularly those from developing countries and institutions with limited research funding.
