Abstract

Law and order form the foundational pillars of a stable and functioning society, ensuring the protection of life, liberty, and property. The concept encompasses the creation, implementation, and enforcement of legal norms that regulate individual and collective behavior. In modern states, maintaining law and order is inseparable from effective policing, judicial accountability, and community participation.
