Abstract

Office Administration Performance (OAP) is increasingly regarded as a key factor in enhancing business efficiency, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. However, quantitative studies on this topic remain limited. Based on the Resource-Based View (RBV), this study analyzes internal factors such as leadership style, organizational culture, technological capacity, and financial capability to examine their influence on office administration performance. At the same time, the study investigates the mediating role of OAP in the relationship with business performance. Data were collected from 54 SMEs in Vietnam and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results indicate that internal factors positively affect OAP, and OAP serves as an important bridge in transforming internal resources into business outcomes. This research provides additional empirical evidence and theoretical contributions to office management in the context of emerging economies.
