Abstract

Developing global competence in the context of global business is a quite crucial aspect and can influence a company's success in increasingly complex international markets. In the systematic literature review, a deeper understanding of global competencies becomes the main focus to identify the key dimensions needed to face global business challenges. These dimensions include cultural awareness, cross-cultural communication skills, global management, and adaptability. Literature searches using Systematized Literature Reviews (SLR) through the Scopus platform will enable the identification of relevant and quality articles and can provide a comprehensive review of relevant literature, identify trends, patterns and key findings, as well as help researchers understand concepts, measurement methods, and factors that influence innovation performance. SLR also highlights research gaps, areas requiring further research, and considers the complexity and dynamics of innovation processes in various organizational contexts.
