Impact of Blockchain Technology Adoption on the Operational Efficiency of Quoted Money Deposit Banks in Nigeria

Abstract

This study investigated the impact of blockchain technology adoption on operational efficiency in Nigerian quoted money deposit banks. The primary objective was to examine the usefulness, ease of use, attitude towards using, and behavioural intention to use blockchain technology. A quantitative survey research design was employed, with a sample size of 205 key management staff selected using Taro Yamane's formula.
