Job Satisfaction and Its Influence on Employee Turnover Intention of a Chinese Banking Institution
Abstract
This study explores how job satisfaction influences employees' intention to leave their jobs within a banking institution in China. A sequential transformative mixed-methods approach is adopted, integrating both descriptive and explanatory research designs to ensure a comprehensive analysis . Primary data is collected through self-administered structured questionnaires and interviews, allowing for both broad statistical insights and in-depth qualitative perspectives on employee experiences. Additionally, secondary data from the bank and relevant academic studies provide further context and validation for the findings.
