Abstract

This study explored the capability, motivation, and opportunity of administrative personnel in higher education institutions in China, focusing on how these factors relate to their work behavior. The research specifically aimed to assess the personnel's physical and psychological capabilities, reflective and automatic motivations, and physical and social opportunities. It also examined the relationship between these factors and the administrative personnel’s organizational and leadership behaviors, as well as the predictive power of these factors on these behaviors.
