Exploring the Capacity of Orphans to Inspire?
Abstract
This paper explores the capacity of orphans to transform adversity into strength, leveraging psychological resilience, neurobiological adaptation, and structured support systems. With an estimated 153 million orphans globally (UNICEF, 2023), traditional approaches often focus on fragility reduction rather than fostering anti-fragility, where individuals thrive under stress.
