Abstract
This research explores the success factors of e-Learning systems within organizational settings, specifically focusing on higher education institutions in China. Through a multidimensional framework grounded in DeLone and McLean’s IS Success Model, this study examines the organizational, instructor, and learner dimensions of e-Learning success. An empirical study involving instructors and students from various universities provides insights into the critical factors influencing e-Learning effectiveness and adoption. Results indicate that system quality and institutional support are pivotal in enhancing user satisfaction and continued utilization of e-Learning systems. The findings offer valuable guidance for enhancing the design, implementation, and evaluation of e-Learning systems in Chinese universities.
