Abstract

This study evaluated student satisfaction within the College of Hospitality Management (CHM) for the school year 2023-2024 to enhance educational quality and support services. Utilizing a structured questionnaire distributed through online and physical formats, the research employed descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to capture and assess student perceptions. The survey engaged students from various year levels, ensuring a comprehensive view of their experiences. Results indicated high satisfaction with the general office personnel, who were praised for their friendliness, promptness, knowledge ability, and professionalism. However, areas for improvement were identified in the clarity of procedures and office ambiance within the College of Hospitality Management Office. Laboratory personnel also received positive feedback for their approach-ability and communication skills, though there were suggestions for improving responsiveness. Satisfaction with laboratory resources was generally positive, but mixed reviews on the laboratory ambiance highlighted areas needing enhancement. Overall, the findings underscore the effectiveness of current services while pinpointing specific areas for improvement to further elevate student satisfaction and support CHM’s commitment to excellence.
