Evaluating Beneficiary Satisfaction and Performance of Housekeeping Services in Barangay Tisa: A Comprehensive Assessment and Recommendations for Improvement
Abstract
This study evaluates the performance and satisfaction of beneficiaries with the housekeeping services provided by Barangay Tisa. Using a comprehensive performance evaluation sheet, the research assessed job-related criteria such as knowledge, productivity, and work quality, along with personality-related traits like cooperation, public relations skills, and attendance. In order to compile beneficiary feedback, data was gathered using physical survey questionnaires and descriptive statistical analysis. The results show a generally good level of performance, with noticeable improvements in public relations, productivity, and teamwork. Nonetheless, the response of the staff and the regularity of the services were found to need improvement. Recommendations for increasing the quality of services are based on these findings and include staff training, regular feedback mechanisms, communication, responsiveness, and the physical atmosphere of institutions. In addition to ensuring ongoing beneficiary satisfaction, these initiatives seek to significantly improve the caliber of housekeeping services.
