Impact of Workplace Spirituality and Learning Orientation to Innovative Work Behavior on Employee of Educational Institution
Abstract
This study aims to examine empirically impact of workplace spirituality and learning orientation to innovative work behavior. The sample of this research is employee of educational institution as much as 72 respondents with a minimum tenure one year and a minimum undergraduate education. This research used quantitative design. Multiple linear regression analysis technique were used to test the impact of workplace spiritualiy and learning orientation on innovative work behavior simultaneously. Result showed that hypothesis of this research is accepted, there is a significant effect of workplace spirituality and learning orientation on innovative work behavior simultaneously at 14.0%. The results of the regression analysis also show that workplace spirituality and learning orientation have a significant effect on innovative work behavior, respectively, at 9.7% and 14.5%.
